Snappers Return to Pohlman Field this Weekend

The Beloit Snappers return home this weekend to take on the Clinton LumberKings - affiliate of the Seattle Mariners - in a three game series. The Snappers and LumberKings will face off on Saturday, July 9th (7pm first pitch), Sunday, July 10th (2pm first pitch) and Monday, July 11th (7pm first pitch).
Saturday's game is a Woodman's Mac N' Cheese Night at the ballpark. Fans that bring a box of mac n' cheese to the stadium will receive a $1.00 off a regular priced box, reserved or general admission ticket. Those fans that bring a box of Shur Fine mac n' cheese will be entered in to a drawing for a Snappers prize package!
Stick around after the game for our next spectacular fireworks display thanks to our friends at Welders Supply Company.
Sunday brings us another Stateline News "Family Fun Sunday" at Pohlman Field. Fans can check out this weekend's Stateline News for a coupon good for buy-one-get-one free reserved seats for Sunday's game. After the game - weather and field conditions permitting - fans will have the chance to run the bases and play catch on the field. Fans can also enjoy $2.00 twelve ounce bottles of Leinie's all game long courtesy of Ott Schweitzer Distributing.
The first 500 fans through the gate will receive a Snappers 30th Season koozie thanks to our friends at Mercy Health System. We will also be having our second jersey auction of the season, as the Snappers players will be wearing camo jerseys thanks to the National Guard. Fans will be able to participate in the silent auction through the end of the fifth inning, with the winners being able to get the jersey straight from the player after the game.
WJVL and WCLO bring everyone another "Monster Deal Monday" during the third and final game of the series. For just $22, fans will receive two general admission tickets, two hot dogs, two sodas, two popcorns and two adjustable hats - that's a savings of over $40!! Ott Schweitzer Distributing will also give fans the chance to enjoy ice cold 12oz Miller drafts all night long!
