Colorado Springs, Colo. - The Colorado Springs Sky Sox erupted for seven runs in the seventh inning - scoring all of their runs in the frame - on the way to a 7-3 win against the Oklahoma City Dodgers Monday afternoon at Security Service Field.

The Dodgers (16-13) built a 3-0 lead in the top of the seventh inning and starting pitcher Julio Urias held the Sky Sox scoreless through six innings before Oklahoma City settled for a split in the four-game series between the teams.

The Sky Sox (12-17) took the lead for good on a RBI double by Nate Orf, as Colorado Springs' final five runs in the seventh inning all scored with two outs.

Oklahoma City loaded the bases with one out in the top of the third inning on the way to scoring first in a sixth straight game.

Corey Brown then popped out before Rob Segedin drew a bases-loaded walk, the Dodgers' third walk of the inning, to bring home a run for a 1-0 Oklahoma City lead.

The Dodgers added two more runs in the top of the seventh inning of the series finale between the teams.

James Ramsey drew a walk to lead off the top of the frame. A sacrifice bunt by Urias followed and pushed Ramsey to second base. Elian Herrera then hit a one-out double on a grounder to left field to extend Oklahoma City to a 2-0 lead.

Later with two outs, Austin Barnes singled on a liner to center field to score Herrera for a 3-0 Dodgers advantage.

Urias held the Sky Sox scoreless over six innings, allowing four hits, three walks and striking out four in a no decision.

He extended his scoreless streak to 16 straight innings and held an opposing team without a run for the fourth time in his six appearances this season.

The Sky Sox's offense then came alive in the bottom of the seventh inning.

Colorado Springs' Michael Reed led off the seventh inning with a walk, and stole second base. He then scored on a RBI double by Josmil Pinto, making the score, 3-1. A sacrifice fly by Garin Cecchini cut the Dodgers' lead to one and resulted in the second out of the inning.

Five more runs scored for the Sky Sox with two outs, including three straight RBI doubles by Keon Broxton, Orf and pinch hitter Will Middlebrooks.

Manny Pina capped the inning with a two-run homer as the Sky Sox scored more than three earned runs against the Dodgers for just the third time in the last 11 meetings between the teams.

Barnes and Dodgers manager Bill Haselman were also ejected during the seventh inning.

Dodgers reliever Lisalverto Bonilla was charged with three runs, one hit, and two walks over one-third of the seventh inning. Luis Avilan (0-2) followed and was pegged with the loss and a blown save, allowing four runs on four hits over two-thirds of the seventh inning.

Colorado Springs' reliever Austin Ross (2-1) picked up the win.

The Dodgers continue their road trip and next travel to Round Rock to open a four-game series against the Express at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday at Dell Diamond.
