LONG ISLAND - Long Island Nets guard Shannon Scott will miss the remainder of the NBA G League season with a right ankle injury that he sustained in the second quarter of Long Island's game against Maine on March 15.
Long Island will retain its rights to Scott, who averaged 9.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 1.1 steals in 30.4 minutes per contest in 46 games (33 starts) this season. He also recorded a league-leading three triple-doubles and five games of double-digit assists for the Nets during the 2018-19 campaign.
