April 10, 2016 - Midwest League (MWL1)
Great Lakes Loons News Release

MIDLAND, Mich. - Sunday's series finale at Dow Diamond between the Great Lakes Loons and Lansing Lugnuts has been rescheduled due to inclement weather. With a winter weather advisory in effect for the area until 8 p.m., coupled with near freezing temperatures, both teams will close the book on the first series of the season.

The game will be made up on May 20, the next time the Loons host Lansing. That Friday night doubleheader will feature two seven-inning contests separated by a half-hour break. Gates will open at 5 p.m. with first pitch of game one set for 5:35 p.m.

Fans that purchased tickets for Sunday's game may exchange them at the Dow Diamond box office for tickets of equal or lesser value to any of the remaining Loons home games this season, based on availability.

Monday will see the Fort Wayne TinCaps come to Dow Diamond for the first time in 2016 to begin a three-game series. The Loons went 6-7 against Fort Wayne last season. First pitch is at 6:05 p.m. on a Social Media Monday at the ballpark. Gates will open at 5 p.m.

All Loons games during the 2016 season can be heard on ESPN 100.9-FM, the Loons flagship radio station, with Chris Vosters and Brad Tunney. You can also watch all Loons home games on MiLB.TV using a computer, smartphone or tablet.

The Great Lakes Loons have been a Single-A partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers since the team's inception in 2007 and are in their 10th season in 2016. For tickets and more information about the Loons, call 989-837-BALL or visit Loons.com.
