Binghamton Senators News Release
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators second annual Charity Golf Classic, held at Endwell Greens on Tuesday, was a huge success as the event raised $13,000 for Family Enrichment Network.
The money raised at this year's event nearly tripled the $5,000 raised last year.
"The Family Enrichment Network does some very important work in Greater Binghamton and the Binghamton Senators are excited to be able to assist them and give back to the community that has been so supportive of our team," said Tom Mitchell, the Senators' executive vice president of operations.
Family Enrichment Network serves more than 350 children and their families in both Broome and Tioga counties. Their mission is to provide supporting services for the optimal developmental, educational, emotional and physical growth of the young children in their service area. This mission includes a strong commitment to partnering with families to achieve this goal.
