
Senators Return Home this Weekend for Three-Game Series

Harrisburg, PA - The Harrisburg Senators return home Friday night to take on the Akron Aeros in a three-game set. This is the first of three appearances by the Aeros at Metro Bank Park this season. Though the homestand is only three days, the Senators have packed the three days with loads of fun.
The Inflatamaniacs make the first of two visits this season to Metro Bank Park this weekend. They were a huge hit last year at the Eastern League All-Star Game in Harrisburg and fans of all ages will enjoy their antics. The weekend also features fireworks and a loaded Sunday. More specifics on the weekend are listed below.
The Central Counties PGA Assistants' Organization along with the Philadelphia Section PGA will be sponsoring free mini-junior golf lessons to any junior that is attending the games on Friday and Saturday. The lessons begin when the gates open on Friday and Saturday and run through the beginning of the game.
Saturday is also the 25th anniversary of the UCP/Harrisburg Senators Sports Memorabilia Auction. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. with the silent auction beginning at 9:00 a.m. and the live auction at 10:00 a.m. The auction takes place in the Carousel Pavilion on City Island. Friday night, June 10, at 7:00 p.m. the Senators take on the Akron Aeros in game one of the three-game series. It is

Flatscreens & Fireworks Friday Night presented by WINK 104 and abc27
. The Senators will be giving away a flatscreen TV once per every inning throughout the course of the game. All fans 18 and over are eligible to win. After the game, sit back and enjoy another one of the Senators' outstanding fireworks shows. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. on Friday night.
Saturday night, June 11, at 7:00 p.m. the Senators and Aeros play game two of their series. Saturday night is a
Metro Bank Park Stadium Replica giveaway presented by Metro Bank, abc27, BOB 94.9, and 97.3 The River. The first 1,000 fans will receive a replica of the ballpark the Senators call home. The Senators are wearing beach jerseys during the game and fans have an opportunity to win a jersey in a raffle or stay after the game and bid on them during a live auction. The proceeds from the raffle and live auction benefit The Easter Seals. The Senators welcome back this season,
The Inflatamaniacs, for exciting in-game entertainment. Then, after the game, kids can run the bases, just like their favorite Senator. Gates open on Saturday night at 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 12, at 2:00 p.m. is the series finale against Akron. There is something for everyone in the family on Sunday. The day starts with a

On game days, the Metro Bank Park box office is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. until the end of the game, and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until the end of the game. Box office hours on non-game days are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available via telephone during the same hours as the box office hours.
