New Britain Rock Cats News Release
New Britain, CT - The New Britain Rock Cats of the Eastern League have now determined the Make-Up date for their May 21st home Rain Out with New Hampshire.
The washed-out contest against visiting New Hampshire has been rescheduled as part of a July 27th Day-Night, separate-admission Doubleheader at New Britain Stadium. The Rock Cats and Fisher Cats will initially do baseball battle at 12:05 PM on that Wednesday and then - at 6:05 PM - the two East Division rivals will reconvene to square off in the nightcap. Each of these two games will, per Eastern League rule, be 7-innings in duration.
Fans still holding tickets from the May 21 Rain Out may redeem them for either game of this upcoming Day-Night Doubleheader - or, if they prefer - for any other 2011 Regular Season Rock Cats game to be played at New Britain Stadium.
