Senators Re-Assign Defenceman Brian Lee To Binghamton

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 3, 2010) - The Ottawa Senators today re-assigned defenceman Brian Lee from the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators .

Lee played in one game with Ottawa since his most recent recall on March 29, recording no points and 13:50 of time-on-ice in the Senators 5-4 victory over the Washington Capitals on Tuesday, March 30. He has played 22 games for the Senators this season, notching two goals, one assist and 12 penalty minutes.

In 81 career National Hockey League games (all with the Senators), the Moorhead, Minn., native has registered 17 points (four goals, 13 assists) while amassing 49 penalty minutes. In 38 AHL games with Binghamton this season, the 22-year-old Lee has three goals, nine assists and 50 penalty minutes.

The B-Sens (fifth, East Division, 32-34-5-3, 74 points) next see action on tonight, when they host the Norfolk Admirals at 7:05 p.m.
