Senators Enter All-Star Break with a Win

Cutter Dykstra's go-ahead home run in the seventh inning lifted the Harrisburg Senators to a 2-1 win over the Erie Seawolves Monday afternoon at Metro Bank Park. The win secured a series split for the Senators (45-46).

Harrisburg scored its first run in the third inning when Isaac Ballou walked and then stole second with two outs. Derrick Robinson followed with an RBI double to tie the game at 1-1. The Senators remained quiet until the seventh inning when Dykstra untied the score with a home run to left field off Erie's Joe Mantiply. Ballou reached base three times with three walks and scored a run. Robinson finished with two hits and an RBI while Pedro Severino had the only other Harrisburg hit.

Austin Voth continued his All-Star campaign by throwing seven innings, allowing four hits and one run. Voth also walked one and struck out eight, extending his Eastern League lead to 98 punchouts. Abel De Los Santos fired two scoreless innings to earn his sixth save in eight tries this season.

The Senators won't play again until Thursday at Bowie, beginning at 6:35 p.m. The pregame show will begin at 6:20 p.m. on Fox Sports 1460am, iHeart Radio, and on Tune In.
