The Sea Dogs have won five of their last six games, and continue their four-game series with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats on Friday night at Hadlock Field.

NEWS AND NOTES

NOW A ROLL : Since a three-game losing streak from April 30-May 3, the Sea Dogs have won five of their last six games, and play game two of their four-game set with the New Hampshire (Blue Jays affiliate) Fisher Cats on Friday night...LHP Brian Johnson, the #3 left-handed pitching prospect (behind LHP Trey Ball and LHP Henry Owens), makes his Hadlock Field debut...Johnson won his Double-A debut on May 3rd in game two of a doubleheader at Binghamton, working 5.1 innings on three hits and two unearned runs.

PERFECT NIGHT : LHP Henry Owens allowed his first hit with two outs in the seventh inning, as the Sea Dogs beat the Fisher Cats, 8-2 in the series opener...Owens left the game after a two-out RBI double by Andy Burns, but earned his 4th win of the season, giving up just one hit, two runs, five walks and fanned six...DH Travis Shaw provided the game-winning hit, nailing a bases-clearing double in the third off losing pitcher RHP Aaron Sanchez...Heiker Meneses drove in two, as all nine starters reached base safely.
