HARRISBURG, PA - Karexon Sanchez hit a go-ahead solo home run in the top of the seventh inning that proved to be the game-winning run as the Akron Aeros won game two of a three-game series against the Harrisburg Senators 4-3 Saturday at Metro Bank Park.

Righty Jimmy Barthmaier allowed the Sanchez home run and suffered the loss for the Senators pitching 2.2 innings and striking out four while walking none.

Right-hander Steve Wright pitched five innings of relief to earn the win for the Aeros giving up one earned run on three hits, walking two and striking out four. Right-handed pitcher Cory Burns pitched a scoreless bottom of the ninth inning to record his 15th save of 2011.

The lead was short lived as the Senators (34-26) answered in the home half of the first. Steve Lombardozzi led off with a solo home run to tie the game 1-1. With no one out, Josh Johnson reached on a fielding error, moved to second on a wild pitch and advanced to third on a Chris Rahl groundout. Johnson scored on a Tyler Moore RBI groundout to give Harrisburg a 2-1 lead.

Stephen King hit a solo home run in the bottom of the second inning to give the Senators a 3-1 lead.
