
Royals Add Two More To Roster

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League and the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, today announced that the team has signed defenseman Brian Boulay ["boo LAY"] and defenseman Dominic Osman ["AHZ man"]. In a separate transaction, the Royals released forward Michael Cohen, who has returned to finish school at Canisius College. In seven games with the Royals, Cohen scored a goal and picked up five assists. Boulay (6'1"/205 lbs.) (22), who hails from Auburn, Massachusetts, recently completed his collegiate career at Merrimack College, where he scored one goal and picked up five assists and 102 penalty minutes in 92 games. Osman (6'0"/180 lbs.) (25), who hails from Dearborn, Michigan, just finished his college career at Lake Superior State University, where he scored twenty-five goals, assisted on twenty-nine others, and picked up thirty four penalty minutes in 124 games with the Lakers.
It is expected that both Boulay and Osman will be in the Royals' line-up tomorrow night (7:35 pm) at the Toledo Sports Arena in Toledo, Ohio against the Toledo Storm. Royals' game night broadcasts can be heard live on ESPN Radio 1240 am (and on the internet through the Royals' website, www.royalshockey.com), beginning thirty minutes before the opening face-off. Streaming video is also available for $6.00 per game through the B2 Networks, which can be accessed through the Royals' website.
