VICTORIA HOSTS THE KELLY CUP
Before it gets shined up for the playoffs, the ECHL's Kelly Cup will drop in on Victoria during the series versus Long Beach on March 23 and 24 at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Get close up for photos as it is displayed at Gate 1.
The sought after trophy will also be displayed at Island Outfitters, located at 3319 Douglas Street, tomorrow from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., as part of the "Fishing with Mike Stutzel" contest.
FISHING WITH MIKE STUTZEL
100.3 The Q! and the Victoria Salmon Kings present the "Ice Fishing" contest for a chance to win a guided fishing trip.
Four lucky contestants have qualified to play the Ice Fishing contest at the Victoria Salmon Kings game on Friday, March 23rd. During the second intermission, the four contestants will cast their lines into their own individual "pools" from a specified distance. The contestant to "land" the most casts in the time allotted wins the grand prize!
Grand Prize: a 5-hour guided fishing trip from Victoria's Inner Harbour for five people, with tour guide Mike Stutzel and another member of the Salmon Kings. The trip is courtesy of Island Outfitters.
