North Charleston, SC: The Road Warriors beat the Stingrays by a score of 4-1 to move their longest win streak of the season to five games.

Levi Nelson began the scoring just 1:23 into the game as he beat goaltender Ryan Zapolski blocker higher for his 12th of the year. Despite the goal the Stingrays outshot the Road Warriors 11-8 in the period.

The second period began with another Road Warriors goal just 4:16 in. Jordie Johnston scored his ninth of the year with assists going to Steven Delisle and Marc-Olivier Vallerand. Another goal would move Greenville up to a commanding 3-0 lead. Mike Marcou took a blistering slap shot past Zapolski for his fifth of the year. Greenville took the lead into the third as Nathan Lieuwen stayed strong in net with his fifth consecutive period of no goals allowed in the North Charleston Coliseum.

It took 12:19 into the third period for that streak to end as Patrick Gaul scored his first of the year to bring the Stingrays down by two. Greenville's 3-1 lead would hold even through an important kill in the closing minutes. Hunter Bishop was whistled for a boarding call which allowed Bretton Cameron to score a power play goal on the empty net. Cameron scored his tenth of the year with Delisle getting his second assist of the night and Brendan Connolly collecting the other helper. Lieuwen recorded his third straight win with 30 saves and the first star of the game. Zapolski took the loss with 23 saves. Johnston was the game's second star and Delisle was the game's third star.
