River Rats Return Micflikier To Florida

ALBANY, NY-The Albany River Rats announced today that forward Jacob Micflikier has been returned on loan to the Florida Everblades of the East Coast Hockey League.

Micflikier, 25, scored one goal and had a plus-2 rating in three games with Albany. The third-year pro had been recalled from with Florida on October 24, 2009, after scoring 24 points (10 goals, 14 assists) in 10 games with the Everblades. Micflikier signed a standard player contract with Albany on September 10, 2009 and attended River Rats training camp before being loaned to the Everblades on September 29, 2009. Micflikier has totaled 25 points (8 goals, 17 assists) in 56 AHL games split between Springfield and Rochester, while he also shows 85 points (30 goals, 55 assists) in 49 games at the ECHL level.
