River Cats Return to Raley Field for Second Homestand

The Sacramento River Cats open their second homestand of the season this Saturday, April 25 at 7:05 p.m. as they host the division-rival Tacoma Rainiers (Seattle Mariners). That series will be followed by another four-game set as the El Paso Chihuahuas (San Diego Padres) come to town. Highlighting the list of upcoming events is the World Championship replica ring giveaway on Friday, May 1. There will also be an on-field recognition of current River Cats who were members of the 2014 San Francisco World Champion team.

Saturday, April 25 - River Cats vs. Tacoma Rainiers

- Game Time: First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open early to all fans at 5:00 p.m.

- Broadcast: Tonight's game will be broadcast on River Cats affiliate ESPN 1320.

- Zoo Night & Snow Leopard Specialty Jerseys: Join the River Cats as we honor the Sacramento Zoo when River Cats players don special jerseys commemorating Blizzard, the Zoo's endangered Snow Leopard. The game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off to support the Sacramento Zoo and the International Snow Leopard Trust.

- Sutter Health Fireworks: Enjoy fireworks after every Saturday game at Raley Field, courtesy of Sutter Health.

Sunday, April 26 - River Cats vs. Tacoma Rainiers

- Game Time: First pitch is at 1:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open to all fans at 12:00 p.m.

- Broadcast: Today's game will be broadcast on River Cats affiliate ESPN 1320.

- Green Awareness Day: Come support Raley Field and your River Cats as we make strides to reduce our carbon footprint, presented by Commerce Printing.

- K-LOVE Sunday Funday: Features pregame player autographs, face painters, balloon artists, and kids run the bases after the game.

Monday, April 27 - River Cats vs. Tacoma Rainiers

- Game Time: First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open to all fans at 6:00 p.m.

- Broadcast: Tonight's game will be broadcast on River Cats affiliate ESPN 1320.

- Baseball Bingo Monday: Join us at Raley Field every Monday for Baseball Bingo, brought to you by Cache Creek Casino Resort. Every play on the field corresponds to a square on a bingo card.

Tuesday, April 28 - River Cats vs. Tacoma Rainiers

- Game Time: First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open to all fans at 6:00 p.m.

- Broadcast: Today's game will be broadcast on River Cats affiliate ESPN 1320.

- Toyota Family Value Tuesdays: Fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs and $1 desserts every Tuesday throughout the River Cats season presented by Toyota.

Thursday, April 30 - River Cats vs. El Paso Chihuahuas

- Game Time: First pitch is at 7:05 p.m. Raley Field gates will open to all fans at 6:00 p.m.

- Broadcast: Tonight's game will be broadcast on River Cats affiliate ESPN 1320.

- Hispanic Heritage Night: Join us as we salute the Sacramento region's Hispanic community with a special fiesta-filled night.

Friday, May 1 - River Cats vs. El Paso Chihuahuas

- Giants 2014 World Championship Replica Ring: The first 5,000 fans through the gates will receive a replica of the San Francisco Giants 2014 Championship ring presented to the Giants. Plus, fans can take in the pregame recognition of current River Cats players on the Giants' 2014 World Champion team.

- Friday Night Fireworks: Enjoy fireworks every Friday night home game at Raley Field.
