Rhode Island Reds Night Highlights P-Bruins Promotional Schedule

Providence, RI - The Providence Bruins, member of the American Hockey League, announced today their second half promotional schedule highlighted by Rhode Island Reds Night on Friday, February 9th. Other promotional nights include three Bobblehead giveaways, T-Shirt, Hat, Mug and Bandana giveaways. See below for the complete Providence Bruins promotional schedule.

"The R.I. Reds Night is a very special night, as we celebrate the history of the R.I. Reds by honoring the Reds historic championship seasons by raising a banner to the rafters of the Dunkin Donuts Center along side the great P-Bruins teams of the last 14 seasons." said Jeff Fear, Providence Bruins C.E.O. "The Bobblehead Series featuring the full size dolls of three of our top prospects are giveaways that fans will really enjoy. Finally, we added T-Shirts and Bandanas to go along side our popular Hat and Mug nights to round out the promotions. Certainly, this is our most significant promotional schedule in team history, and we hope the fans enjoy them."

The promotional schedule kicks off on Friday, January 19 with Travel Mug Night. The first 5,000 fans will receive a Travel Mug courtesy of Dunkin' Donuts.

The giveaways continue on Friday, February 2 when the first 4,000 fans will receive P-Bruins Hats courtesy of The Rhode Island Lottery and WPRI News Channel 12.

On Friday, February, 9 the P-Bruins will honor the Rhode Island Reds with Reds Night. Prior to the game, former Rhode Island Reds will be in attendance to help raise a Reds Championship banner into the rafters of the Dunkin' Donuts Center to commemorate their seven Calder and Fontaine Cup Championships in Providence. The P-Bruins will also be wearing Rhode Island Reds throwback jerseys and handing out R.I. Reds commemorative posters to the first 4,000 fans. Finally, during the 1st and 2nd intermissions there will be a book signing by former R.I. Reds players.

The promotional schedule continues on Friday, February 16 when the first 4,000 fans will receive a free Providence Bruins T-Shirt. The t-shirts are courtesy of Axion Business Technologies and CollegeBoundfund.

On Friday, March 9, the P-Bruins will be giving away Jonathan Sigalet Bobbleheads courtesy of 2nd Time Around Sports, Arden Engineering and Southcoast Health Systems.

On Friday, March 16 Matt Lashoff Bobbleheads will be handed out thanks to Regional Mortgage, Restivo's Heating & Air Conditioning and Taskmasters.

Friday, March 23 the Bobblehead series will wrap up with Mark Stuart Bobbleheads sponsored by DIGSAFE and Washington Trust.

The Bobblehead series is presented by Dunkin' Donuts and New England Dodge Dealers. Each night the first 4,000 fans will receive the full sized Bobbleheads.

Friday, March 30 the first 3,000 fans in attendance will receive P-Bruins Bandanas courtesy of Supercuts.

The promotional schedule concludes on the final home game of the regular season, Sunday, April 15. The first 4,000 fans will receive Team Posters courtesy of University Orthopedics and ABC6.

All Friday night games begin at 7:05 p.m. while the game on Sunday, April 15 starts at 4:05 p.m. Tickets for all of these games are available online at providencebruins.com, by calling the P-Bruins ticket office at 401-273-5000 or by visiting the Dunkin' Donuts Center box office.
