Revs at Ducks Postponed Tomorrow, on Tonight

Long Island Ducks officials today announced that due to the impending inclement weather this weekend, Saturday's (August 27) game against the York Revolution has been postponed. The series has been shortened from three games, to two.

Saturday's game will be made up on Tuesday, September 6 at Bethpage Ballpark. First pitch is slated for a 6 p.m. start time.

Friday's Revolution @ Ducks game will proceed as scheduled at 7:05 p.m. Dave Williams takes the mound for the Ducks against York's Dumas Garcia.

The Revolution will return home Sunday for a 5 p.m. game against the Camden Riversharks. Gates open at 4 p.m., and as of now that game is still planned as scheduled, but is subject to change based on the weather. Camden will be in York through Tuesday, August 30.

The York Revolution Professional Baseball Club is a member of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. 2010 marked the franchise's first league championship, in just its fourth year of operation.
