ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Bulls shortstop Tristan Gray mashed a homer, while Red Wings starter Joan Adon pitched six scoreless innings in Rocester's 5-1 victory over Durham on Friday night at Innovative Field.

Red Wings 3B Jack Dunn, CF Derek Hill and LF Jake Alu each drove in a run before Bulls SS Tristan Gray mashed his 18th homer. DH Matt Adams went yard in the seventh frame, bringing the final score to 5-1. 2B Vidal Brujan and 1B Jonathan Aranda also recorded hits.

Rochester starter Joan Adon (6.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 6 SO) earned the victory with his six shutout innings. Durham righty Anthony Molina (5.0 IP, 7 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 4 SO), meanwhile, suffered the defeat.

The two teams are set to continue their three-game series on Saturday night, with first pitch scheduled for 6:45pm ET. RHP Cooper Criswell is anticipated to get the nod for the Bulls and is slated to be opposed by LHP Anthony Banda.

Durham returns home on Tuesday, July 25 for a six-game homestand versus the Charlotte Knights, the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. First pitch for the series opener is set for 6:35pm.
