Red Claws Acquire Mike Schachtner

PORTLAND - January 28, 2015 - The Maine Red Claws, presented by Unum, have acquired veteran Mike Schachtner from the available player pool.
Schachtner, a forward, played 14 games for the Erie Bayhawks this season, before getting waived by the team. In 14 games, Schachtner averaged 6.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.4 assists in 18.7 minutes per game.
Schachtner will join the Red Claws for their next game, this Friday night in Canton. The Red Claws return home this Saturday night for a 7 p.m. game with Fort Wayne.
