BURLINGTON, IA - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and the Burlington Bees got their game started Monday night at Community Field. But, a thunderstorm with dangerous lightning and heavy rain forced the teams from the field in the bottom of the second inning. The game was not restarted and will not be rescheduled.

This was the tenth Timber Rattlers game of the season that was either postponed or canceled.

Tuesday is an off day for the Timber Rattlers.

The road trip resumes on Wednesday with game one of a three game series against the Quad Cities River Bandits at Modern Woodmen Park. Austin Blaski (2-1, 1.74) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Timber Rattlers. Quad Cities has Jordan Jankowski (2-0, 2.80) as their scheduled starter. Game time is 7:00pm.
