
Rampage Reassign Gabriel Beaupre, Alex Belzile

SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Rampage announced today that defenseman Gabriel Beaupre and forward Alex Belzile have been reassigned to the club's ECHL affiliate, the Fort Wayne Komets.
Beaupre was on San Antonio's opening-night roster, but didn't skate in a game before being reassigned to the Komets on Oct. 26. He's played in 18 games with Fort Wayne, recording a goal and 26 penalty minutes. Beaupre skated in one game with San Antonio, a 5-4 overtime loss to the Texas Stars on Dec. 29.
Belzile, 24, has notched four goals and 10 assists in 13 contests with Fort Wayne. He played in two games with the Rampage following a Dec. 27 recall, a road contest against the Texas Stars on Dec. 29 and San Antonio's New Year's Day game against the San Diego Gulls.
The Rampage head to California for a four-game road trip beginning with a contest against the Bakersfield Condors on Friday, Jan. 8 at 9 p.m. San Antonio returns home on Friday, Jan. 15 against the Milwaukee Admirals at 7:30 p.m., which will also be a Bud Light KISS 99.5 $1 Drink Night at the AT&T Center.
