San Antonio Rampage News Release

MILWAUKEE, Wisc. --- With Thanksgiving approaching, the Milwaukee Admirals should be thankful for San Antonio allowing them to overcome two deficits and take a 4-3 shootout decision over the Rampage Friday night at the Bradley Center.

After a scoreless first period, the Rampage (9-5-1-3; 22 points) jumped to a 2-0 lead after 40 minutes of play. Defensemen Travis Roche and Logan Stephenson assisted on Enver Lisin's sixth goal of the season just 1:27 into the second period. Joey Tenute followed with a power-play goal of his own to capture his eighth tally of the year at the 17:11 mark.

Milwaukee was granted a penalty shot 1:40 later and took advantage as Mike Santorelli slipped the puck past a sprawling Josh Tordjman.

The momentum continued with the Admirals in the final frame as Milwaukee tied the game at 2-2 just under the five-minute mark.

Chris Durno teamed up with Cam Paddock to give the Rampage the go-ahead lead as Paddock scored the Rampage's league-high seventh shorthanded goal midway in the third.

Milwaukee's Cal O'Reilly took advantage of a 5-on-3 situation with under three minutes left to play in regulation and force the Rampage to their second consecutive overtime game.

Tordjman stopped 27 of 30 shots after 65 minutes of play before Janne Niskala and Santorelli each scored in the shootout to take the 4-3 win.

The Rampage will face the Peoria Rivermen Saturday night at the Peoria Civic Center-Carver Arena before wrapping up their three-game in three-night set in Chicago Sunday afternoon.
