
Ramirez to Play In Future's Game

(Erie, PA) - Erie SeaWolves left fielder Wilkin Ramirez has been selected to the World Team roster for the 10th Annual Future's Game to be played at Yankee Stadium.
In 63 games for the SeaWolves in 2008, the 22-year old Ramirez is hitting .290 with nine home runs and 32 RBI. He also collected 16 doubles and five triples.
Ramirez is the 14th best prospect in the Tigers organization according to Baseball America.
The Future's Game will be a part of Major League Baseball All-Star festivities on Sunday, July 13 at 12:30 p.m. The game will be televised on ESPN 2.
The SeaWolves begin a seven-game homestand tonight as they take on the Harrisburg Senators at 7:05 p.m.
