
RailRiders reschedule fleece blanket giveaway promotion

MOOSIC, PA. - Due to unforeseen circumstances, the fleece blanket giveaway, slated for Friday, May 10 at PNC Field, will be delayed until a later date this season.
The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, as part of their 30th Season Anniversary celebration, had planned to give away 2,500 fleece blankets with the commemorative logo on Friday when the team plays the Toledo Mud Hens. Instead, the first 2,500 fans this Friday will receive a rally towel with gates are set for 5:30 P.M. and a 6:35 P.M. first pitch.
Once the blankets clear customs, the club will set a new date for the giveaway.
