Sussex County, NJ June 8, 2015- The Gary South Shore RailCats and the Sussex County Miners were rained out Monday night in New Jersey. The two teams will play a doubleheader Tuesday night with the first of two seven inning games to begin at 5:00pm.
The RailCats are expected to send LHP Chris Cummins out in game one to face RHP Matt Sommo, while game two will feature RHP Charle Rosario against RHP Jamie Walczak. The game can be heard on 95.9 WEFM and online at RailCatsBaseball.com. The RailCats will wrap up their nine game road trip with a single game Wednesday at 6:05pm, before having an off day Thursday. The club will return home Friday night to face the Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks at 7:10pm in the first game of a action packed six game homestand.
