
Providence Bruins Add Radio Stations to Broadcast Network

Providence, RI - The Providence Bruins, member of the American Hockey League, announced today that two radio stations have been added to the Providence Bruins Broadcast Network for the 2005-06 season, which features live video and audio on providencebruins.com along with radio coverage anchored by flagship station Sporting News Radio AM-1320 The Drive.
WQRI FM-88.3 out of Bristol, Rhode Island will carry all weekend Providence Bruins games, while WAKX FM-102.7 will carry all Saturday Providence Bruins games for the 2005-06 season. The following represents an overview of the all-new Providence Bruins Broadcast Network.

For the first time, fans can watch all 80 regular season and playoff games using a live video feed by visiting the team's website providencebruins.com, courtesy of B2 Networks. The cost is $6 per game and fans can purchase the broadcast starting ten minutes prior to each game. In addition to the video feed, the Providence fans can listen live to all 80 regular season and playoff games for free by visiting providencebruins.com.
The Providence Bruins have also teamed up with Sporting News Radio AM-1320 The Drive to serve as the flagship radio station for the Providence Bruins Broadcast Network. 1320 The Drive is an all-sports station located in Attleboro, Massachusetts featuring Sporting News Radio programming as well as shows covering local sporting events.
The Bruins will play two games at the Dunkin' Donuts Center this weekend, Friday, October 28 versus the Hartford Wolf Pack and Saturday, October 29 against the Lowell Lock Monsters. Both games begin at 7:05 p.m. On Friday, fans will receive Providence Bruins Magnet Schedules as they enter the game, courtesy of Shaw's Supermarkets.
Tickets for October 28 and 29, as well as all regular season Providence Bruins games are available online at the Bruins' website, providencebruins.com, at all TicketMaster outlets (401-331-2211 or 508/617-931-2000) and the Dunkin' Donuts Center Providence box office.
