About Tonight's Game: This evening's ECHL South Division match-up features the Florida Everblades and the Norfolk Admirals. The Everblades come to Norfolk looking to rebound after falling to the Newfoundland Growlers in the third round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs. Norfolk looks to make their way back to the playoffs under first year head coach Rod Taylor.
About the Admirals: Norfolk brings a new identity coming into the 2019-20 year. The Admirals are led by first year head coach Rod Taylor and third year assistant coach Ryan McGinnis. Norfolk also added J.C. Campagna in the off-season who tallied 34 goals and 15 assists in 61 games last year with Fort Wayne.
About the Everblades: Florida returned key players who played pivotal roles last season. John McCarron returns to the club who scored 26 goals and added 27 assists for a total of 53 points in 49 games. Tonight, also marks the return of two former Admirals to Scope. Jacob Graves and Aaron Harstad face off against their former club for the first time this year.
