Quad City Mallards goaltender David Brown stopped all 36 shots he faced as Quad City shutout the Bloomington PrairieThunder 4-0 on Monday night in Moline, Illinois. Jason Kostadine scored the first Mallards goal at 1:43 of the second period and it turned out to be the game winner. Quad City also goal lamp lighters from Paul Kelly, Eric Giosa, and former PrairieThunder Zac Pearson. The Mallards improved to 14-13-0 on the year.

Bloomington, 15-9-1 returns home to the U.S. Cellular Coliseum on Thursday night at 7:05pm against the Dayton Gems.
