February 10, 2006 - International Hockey League 2 (IHL 2)
Motor City Mechanics News Release

FRASER, MI- The Motor City Mechanics of the United Hockey League (UHL) are excited to announce that tomorrow February 11th is the second annual Pink at The Rink game.

The Pink at the Rink game was so successful last season that the Mechanics are excited to do it again. Last season the Mechanics raised over $20,000 for the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation, which raises money to benefit breast cancer research.

Mary Kay representatives will be driving their trademark pink Cadillac's onto the ice during the first intermission to talk about the night's event and talk about their charity.

After the game all players' game worn pink jerseys will be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the Mary Kay Ash Foundation.

"We are thrilled to welcome Mary Kay into our arena and look forward to a great game and partnership," said Mechanics President, Matt Ulanoff.

Tonight the Mechanics face the Muskegon Fury. Face-off is slated for 7:30 p.m. The last time these two teams met was on January 20th with the Fury coming away with a 2-1 win.

NEW TICKET PRICES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2006 SCHEDULE Center Ice Sections are $15, all other reserved seats are $10 and bleacher seats (general admission) will be sold at $5. All groups over 20 will receive the group rate at $8 per ticket.
