Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release

After dropping a heartbreaker in extra innings on Saturday, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs will look to bounce back on Sunday afternoon against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. First pitch from PNC Field in Moosic is set for 1:05 p.m.

RHP David Buchanan (0-2, 4.94) gets the ball for manager Dave Brundage's squad in the series finale. Over his 4 GS this season, Buchanan has walked just four batters in 23.2 IP.

Cessa got a no-decision on Monday at Buffalo when he allowed three runs on four hits while walking three and fanning a pair over 5.0 IP. Back on April 26 vs. the IronPigs, Cessa gave up two runs on four hits to go along with a walk and two strikeouts over 5.1 IP in a no-decision.

Pigs 1B Brock Stassi had a multi-hit game on Saturday and hit his first Triple-A home run, a solo shot off of Brady Lail in the second inning. Stassi has now hit safely in his last three games (4-8) to raise his average to .270 on the year.
