WILKES-BARRE, PA - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have clinched home ice advantage in the first round of the Calder Cup Playoffs, and will host the Norfolk Admirals at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza starting this Friday, April 20.

The Penguins locked up home ice when the Admirals dropped a 5-3 decision to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Sunday afternoon. The Norfolk loss means the Admirals finish in third place in the East Division with a 50-22-6-2 record for 108 points. The Penguins, who enter Sunday's game against the Syracuse Crunch with 108 points, hold all tie breakers against the Admirals, thus ensuring a second place finish in the division.
