
Pats End 3-In-3 against Hitmen at the Saddledome

Calgary, Alta. - The Regina Pats (19-26-1-1) end their three-in-three road trip at the Scotiabank Saddledome against the Calgary Hitmen (19-23-5-2) on Sunday at 5:00 p.m., Central Time.
The Pats are coming off a heartbreaking 6-4 loss to the Red Deer Rebels on Saturday. The Pats trailed 2-0 after one and led 4-3 after two following a four goal second frame, which tied a season high for goals in a period. The Rebels then scored three in the third to take the lead, with two coming on the power play, as the Pats dropped their first game when leading after two. They were 16-0 prior.
Connor Bedard (1G-1A) and Ryker Evans (1G-1A) had multi-point contests, while the Pats also got goals from Adam McNutt who played forward and Zane Rowan who's now scored in two straight.
The Calgary Hitmen are coming off a 8-1 win over the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Friday on the road, snapping the clubs eight game losing-streak, where they were outscored 29-to-9 over that time. The Hitmen are tied for eighth in the Eastern Conference standings with Lethbridge with 45 points. Calgary is 11-11-4-0 at home, having dropped their last four home games, and are 1-6-2 over their last nine at home.

The Pats now have six players on the injured list as Matthew Kieper, Zack Stringer, Cole Dubinsky, Tye Spencer, Borya Valis and Logan Nijhoff are out of the lineup.
