
Parkes Returns to Toledo Walleye

(Toledo, OH) - Forward Trevor Parkes has been reassigned by the NHL's Detroit Red Wings to Toledo from the AHL's Grand Rapids Griffins.
Parkes has appeared in six games this year with the Griffins, including each of the last two nights. He is the leading scorer for the Walleye this season with 16 goals and 16 assists in 26 contests. Over the last three years, the native of Fort Erie, Ontario has skated in 48 ECHL games with 34 goals and 32 assists. The 22-year-old has also appeared in 86 games with the Griffins over his career.
