Pair of Wolves Forwards Sent To Gwinnett

The Chicago Wolves have assigned center MATT ANDERSON to the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators. In addition, the Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned left wing TOMAS POSPISIL (PAHS-pih-sil) from Chicago to Gwinnett.

ANDERSON has appeared in 10 games with the Wolves this season, posting one assist and six penalty minutes in his professional regular-season debut. The 25-year-old forward notched two points (G, A) and six penalty minutes in 13 Calder Cup playoff contests with Chicago last year after being signed to an Amateur Tryout Contract on March 30.

POSPISIL has collected two assists in 11 games with the Wolves and was held scoreless in three outings with the Gladiators earlier this season during his professional debut. The 20-year-old forward ranked third on the Ontario Hockey League's Sarnia Sting last year with a career-high 29 goals and fifth with 67 points in 55 games.
