Rourke Clears Waivers, Headed To Falcons

Defenseman Allan Rourke has cleared NHL waivers and has been assigned to the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.
Rourke, who was placed on waivers on December 12th, appeared in 13 games with the Oilers and was -1 with five penalty minutes.
The 6'1", 215-pound native of Mississauga, Ontario scored 3-4-7 and registered six penalty minutes in 12 games with Springfield prior to his recall to Edmonton on November 8th.
