P-Bruins Fall to Worcester Sharks 5-2

Worcester, MA- The Providence Bruins fell to the Worcester Sharks tonight in the second game of their three road games this weekend.

The Providence Bruins took the lead early when Brian Ferlin scored just eleven seconds into the first period. The Sharks tied the score 1-1 with 9:28 left in the first period thanks to a goal from Langlois.Jordan Caron broke the tie with a power play goal to make the score 2-1 with 2:11 left in the period.

The Providence Bruins lost the momentum going in the 2nd. The Worcester Sharks tied the score early thanks to a goal from Oleksuk. Trupp followed up Oleksuk's goal with a power play goal to make the score 3-2. Then, Taormina added another power play goal to make the score 4-2. Haley added one more goal to end the period 5-2.

Going into the 3rd period, the Shark kept the lead as the teams continued to battle. Despite a hard struggle through the third, the Sharks kept the lead and took the win 5-2.
