AUSTIN - The Austin Spurs (3-7) fell short to the Ontario Clippers (7-5), 115-87, at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park on Saturday night.
Alize Johnson recorded a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs. Dominick Barlow also claimed 18 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Blake Wesley added 14 points.
Both teams traded buckets in the first quarter with the frame ending at 24 all. Nate Darling scored 15 of his 29 points in the second quarter alone to help put Ontario in front, 56-46, to end the first half. The Clippers dominated the third quarter as they outscored the Spurs 29-19, shooting 51.6% from the field and 37.5% from the three. A 18-2 run for Ontario in the fourth with 3:47 left in the last frame helped seal the Clippers win.
For Ontario, Moses Brown recorded a double-double for with 18 points and 14 rebounds. Brandon Boston notched 18 points and 6 rebounds while Keaton Wallace and Michael Devoe both scored 14 points.

Austin is set to face the Sioux Falls Skyforce at the Sanford Pentagon on Jan. 24. Tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m.
