
Vipers Split Two-Game Series with Ignite

Edinburg, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers (4-7), the NBA G League affiliate of the Houston Rockets, fell 115-107 to the NBA G League Ignite (6-7) on Saturday night at Bert Ogden Arena.
Throughout the entire game both teams battled it out and fought until the very end of the game. Despite the Vipers efforts to come out on top, Ignite walked away with a 115-107 victory.
Willie Cauley-Stein and Houston Rockets Two-Way player Trevor Hudgins led the Vipers with 18 points each. Cassius Stanley and Josh Reaves both followed with 15 points each. Ray Spalding contributed 13 points and Jalen Lecque put up 11 points.
John Jenkins led Ignite with 20 points. London Johnson and Cameron Young finished the night with 19 points each. Eric Mika hit a triple-double with 16 points, 18 rebounds and 12 assists. Sidy Cissoko posted 12 points followed by Aubrey Dawkins with 11 points.
