
Oil Kings Trim Roster by Two

EDMONTON, ALTA. - The Edmonton Oil Kings trimmed their roster Monday, announcing two players had been reassigned to their midget teams in British Columbia.
16-year-old defenceman Will Warm was returned to the Vancouver NW Giants of the B.C. midget league. Warm signed with the Oil Kings at the end of training camp and had one assists and a plujs-2 rating in four games in the preseason.
The Oil Kings also announced they had previously reassigned goaltender Liam Hughes, 16, to the Okanagan Rockets of the B.C. midget league. Hughes appeared in two preseason games with the Oil Kings.
With the moves, Edmonton now has 26 players remaining on its roster: 15 forwards, eight defencemen and three goaltenders. Three players - Dysin Mayo, Brett Pollock and Brandon Baddock - remain at NHL camps.
