
Oesterle Earns Second NHL Call-Up to Edmonton

CONDORSTOWN - The Bakersfield Condors announced today that D Jordan Oesterle has been recalled by the Edmonton Oilers. In a corresponding move, D Nikita Nikitin was assigned to Bakersfield. Should Oesterle play, he would become the 16th player to play for both the Condors and Oilers this season.

Oesterle earns his second NHL recall on the one-year anniversary, Feb. 21, 2015, of his NHL debut for the Oilers against Anaheim
Played six games for the Oilers last season and had one assist
This season with the Condors, the Dearborn Heights, Mich. native recorded 22 points (2g-20a) in 39 games
Much of the production has come over the last 17 games where the second-year pro has two goals and 11 assists for 13 points
Nikitin returns to the Condors after playing last night for Edmonton against Colorado
The Omsk, Russia native has 14 points (1g-13a) in 27 games with Bakersfield
