Stockton, Calif. - The line of Kenny Agostino, Freddie Hamilton and Garnet Hathaway contribute yet another goal for the Stockton Heat, but Stockton ultimately falls to the San Jose Barracuda 4-1 at Stockton Arena Sunday evening. QUOTES

"We've been playing confidently here at home for the last 10 games during this streak. We had a couple opportunities today where I thought the puck just didn't go in for us. Those things happen and we'll move on from this." - Aaron Johnson on tonight's loss to San Jose.

"I thought we were getting a lot of momentum on that [5-on-3 power play in the third period], so that shorthanded goal hurt. But I think we came back and had some good chances - we just couldn't find the net tonight." - Johnson on the shorthanded goal scored by San Jose off the heels of a failed 5-on-3 for Stockton.

"It was fun to be called up for the first time - I'm pretty happy about it. I think it's just an adjustment to the speed of the game. You can tell the difference between the AHL and the ECHL when you get into the game." - Gabriel Verpaelst on making his AHL debut this weekend in two games against San Jose.

"It was a good outlet by our defense and good entry into the offensive zone. [Garnet Hathaway] got it low to [Kenny] Agostino and he just tried to hit me backdoor. Fortunately the puck bounced off my foot and beat the goalie." - Freddie Hamilton on his goal tonight.

"Up until the 5-on-3 in the third I thought it was a pretty good game. I thought we played well and I thought [the San Jose Barracuda] played well. Often times when you see a team not convert on a 5-on-3, the end result will go in favor of the other team. We got ourselves in trouble with the shorthanded goal against and that was the end of the game." - Head Coach Ryan Huska on his thoughts of tonight's game.

"We had some chances again tonight, but we weren't able to capitalize on those opportunities - especially early on. But that power play was the difference in the game tonight." - coach Huska on the failed chances for the Heat.
