Long Beach Ice Dogs News Release
LONG BEACH, Calif. - The Long Beach Ice Dogs of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the Boston Bruins, have several promotions planned this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, at the Long Beach Arena as the Ice Dogs continue to battle for the 8th and final playoff spot in the National Conference.
On Friday, January 26th the Ice Dogs host the Utah Grizzlies at 7pm on "Mardi Gras Night." The Ice Dogs will be giving away "Ice Dogs Beads" to fans in attendance. There will be a Silhouette Dancer and a Fire Juggler performing throughout the game. The $2 beer garden will be open from 6-730pm and $2 hot dogs will be available throughout the game.
"Gulls Retro Night" will be the theme on Saturday night as the Ice Dogs host the Grizzlies again at 7pm. The first 1000 fans will receive a "Gulls Collectible" before the game. The Ice Dogs will be wearing a special "Retro Gulls Jersey" that fans may bid on during a silent auction throughout the game with the highest bidders receiving the jersey from the player immediately following the game.
Come skate with the Ice Dogs after the Ice Dogs host the Victoria Salmon Kings on Sunday at 5pm on "Heritage Night." The first 1000 fans will receive an Ice Dogs Collector Puck and families will be able to purchase four tickets, four hot dogs, and four sodas for just $36. Fans must provide their own ice skates in order to skate with the Ice Dogs.
