
New Jersey Trip Giveaway Planned for December 17th vs. Bruins

LOWELL, MA - The Lowell Devils, who have just begun a five-game road trip, will return to home ice on Sunday, December 17th against the Providence Bruins. Game time is 4:05 p.m.
The Devils will be offering a special road trip package of their own at the game. One lucky fan will win a package to travel to New Jersey to see the NHL Devils take on the Boston Bruins on Sunday, April 1st at 12:30 p.m. The winner and a guest will receive ro! und-trip limo transportation to New Jersey from their home, courtesy of Corporate Coach & Limousine, on Saturday, March 31st. They will receive hotel accommodations that night, attend the game on Sunday, and return home after the game.
The trip to New Jersey is tied in with the Devils Teddy Bear Toss, which will take place during the first intermission of that night's game. Fans are asked to bring a new teddy bear or stuffed animal to the game, and during the intermission they will be prompted to throw the bears onto the ice. They will be collected and donated to local! youth organizations for holiday gifts. Any fan coming through the turnstiles with a stuffed animal in tow for the Teddy Bear Toss will automatically receive an entry for the New Jersey trip giveaway.
There will be a food collection as well at the game. Hannaford is sponsoring the Lowell Devils food drive, which will benefit the Merrimack Valley Food Bank. Bring any Hannaford non-perishable item to the game and be entered to win a Hannaford Holiday Dinner for four.
The Devils are on the road this weekend against the Manchester Monarchs Friday at 7:35 p.m. and the Hartford Wolf Pack on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. All Devils games, home and away, can be heard on WCAP 980AM with the Voice of the Devils, Ryan Johnston, or online through B2 Networks on www.lowelldevilshockey.com.
