SportsNet will bring our customers valuable programming that they can't get anywhere else," said Terence Rafferty, Division President of Time Warner Cable. "I can't thank the local Rochester-based teams enough for working alongside us during the development of the network, and for allowing us to deliver live sports programming to the Rochester marketplace. This new dynamic has brought our existing partnerships with these teams to a whole new level."
