North Little Rock, AR - The Arkansas Travelers dropped a second consecutive contest to the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, this time falling 10-5 on Sunday afternoon at Dickey-Stephens Park. The Naturals took advantage of early opportunities and scored 10 times from the second through fifth innings including a pair of three-run home runs. Zack Phillips was the winner out of the Naturals bullpen tossing 2.2 hitless, scoreless innings. Emerson Hancock took the loss for the Travs in his second start of the season. Hancock lasted 2.2 innings and was knocked for five runs (one earned) on three hits and two walks with three strikeouts.
Moments That Mattered
* John Rave hit a three-run homer off the final pitch of the day from Hancock to make it a 5-0 game in the third.
* Arkansas scored three times in the eighth to cut the score to 10-5 but Zach Willeman came in from the Naturals bullpen and retired the final five hitters of the game.
