
National Conference Champs Start Cup Run With Stockton This Friday

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers ® announced today the team's 2008 Kelly Cup Playoff Roster.
ECHL rules state that a team may hold up to 23 players on its playoff rosters, including 20 active players. A team may hold an emergency back up goaltender without having that player count on the roster. Defensemen Jason Jozsa, Gerry Burke and Tyson Strachan all remain in the American Hockey League. Forwards Ryan Donally and Curtis Fraser also remain in the AHL. Center Chris Ferraro will start the playoffs on the injured reserve list.

The Wranglers will play the Stockton Thunder in a best-of-seven series starting with Game One on Friday, April 11th at the Orleans Arena at 7:05 pm. Game Two of the series will be on Saturday, April 12th at 7:05 pm at the Orleans Arena. The series shifts to Stockton, CA for Games Three, Four, and Five. Game Three is on Sunday, April 13th at 6:00 pm at the Stockton Arena. After a four-day layoff, the series will resume in Stockton with Game Four on Friday, April 18th at 7:30 pm. If necessary, Game Five will be played on Sunday, April 20th at 4:00 pm. The series will return to the Orleans Arena for Game Six and Seven. If necessary, Game Six would start at 7:05 pm at the Orleans Arena on Tuesday, April 22nd. If necessary, Game Seven will be on Wednesday, April 23rd at 7:05 pm at the Orleans Arena.
