Mud Hens Pitcher Chris Bootcheck Elected to Triple-A All-Star Team

(Toledo, OH) - Mud Hens closer Chris Bootcheck has been elected to play for the International League in the 2012 Triple-A All-Star Game! The IL will take on the Pacific Coast League All-Stars in Buffalo on Wednesday, July 11.

Bootcheck is 1-2 with a 3.62 ERA in 29 games this season. He is currently second in the International League with 14 saves. Bootcheck was an International League All-Star in 2009 as a member of the Indianapolis Indians.
