Mike Mole Joins Islanders

West Valley City, Utah - The New York Islanders have called-up former Utah goaltender Mike Mole from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The 25-year-old is expected to backup Wade Dubielewicz the rest of the season. This is his first-ever trip to the NHL.
The Grizzlies are a proud affiliate of the AHL's Sound Tigers and the NHL's Islanders.
Mole spent 37 games with Utah this year going 18-13-1-4. He was signed by the Islanders on October 5, 2006.
The Grizzlies return home tonight to host Las Vegas at 7:05 p.m.
