Four Memphis pitchers limited the Padres to five hits Friday as the Redbirds defeated Tucson 4-2 at AutoZone Park. The Redbirds won the series three games to one and held Tucson to seven runs and a .182 average in four games.

The Padres came within one run of the lead in the seventh after Daniel Robertson hit a two-out RBI single to score Chris Robinson from third base. Memphis added a run in the eighth on Mike O'Neill's RBI infield single, his second hit of the game.
